Cheesy Chicken Fritters Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 5 chicken breast sliced and diced super fine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tlbs avocado or olive oil
  • A dash of garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, oregano salt & pepper

Instructions on how to prepare Cheesy Chicken Fritters:

  • Mix chicken eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  • Heat frying pan with oil of choice and use low heat so that it does not burn the chicken.
  • Scoop chicken mixture into small balls with a cookie scoop and place in frying pan.
  • Press balls flat in the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side.
  • Remove and place on paper towel to soak up excess oil.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
