Keto Breakfast meal Prep Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Your choice of toppings. We like bacon, ham, and peppers
  • 1/2 parmesan cheese

Instructions on how to prepare keto breakfast meal:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 
  • Spray a standard muffin pan. 
  • Place 1 egg in each hole.
  • Put 2 tsp of heavy whipping cream on each egg.
  • Add your favorite toppings.
  • Top with your favorite shredded cheese, we are using Parmesan. 
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, use pink Himalayan salt.
  • DO NOT STIR
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
