Easy Pizza Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Instructions on how to prepare an easy pizza recipe:

  • Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and melt for 30 seconds.
  • Take it out stir it up and microwave for another 30 seconds.
  • Mix in the almond flour and egg until it resembles dough.
  • Add the Italian seasoning and salt.
  • Place it between 2 pieces of parchment paper and flatten it to desired thickness. Ours is about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Pierce with a fork so it stays flat.
  • Place in the oven at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Adjust accordingly on how crunchy you want your crust.
  • Take it out and add your pizza toppings and place it back in the oven for another 8 minutes.
