Keto Butterscotch Cinnamon Cheesecake Bites

How to prepare delicious keto Butterscotch Cinnamon Cheesecake Bites using an easy to follow recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 package sugar-free cheesecake jello mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Catalina Crunch Cereal cinnamon toast flavor crushed
  • 2 tablespoons swerve granulated sugar or sweetener of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Lily’s butterscotch baking chips

Instructions on how to prepare Butterscotch Cinnamon Cheesecake Bites:

  • In medium-size bowl mix cream cheese, Jello, and heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer until well blended set aside.
  • Put cereal in a baggie and crush with a rolling pin.
  • Add cereal in a small bowl with sweetener, butter, and cinnamon. The mixture should stick together.
  • Put a small amount of cereal mixture in the bottom of the silicon tray (these work best so they come out of the mold easily).
  • Top with cream cheese mixture to fill mold pack it in as best you can.
  • Top with some butterscotch chips.
  • Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  • Allow it to thaw about 10-15 minutes before serving and top with a sugar-free butterscotch or caramel sauce.
