Keto Parmesan Zucchini Crisps Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan
  • Black pepper and garlic powder, season to taste

Recipe:

  • Preheat oven at 425°.
  • Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet & spray paper.
  • Sliced zucchini thin makes it crisper.
  • Place sliced zucchini on baking sheet (do not use salt Parmesan makes it salty enough).
  • Generously cover the Parmesan over zucchini.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. 
  • Broil first 2-3 min.
