Crockpot Salisbury Steak Meatballs!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen meatballs (we used turkey)
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 packet brown Gravy mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2tbls A1 sauce

Instructions:

  • Add Meatballs and onions to the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle gravy powder on top
  • Mix together the broth, cream of mushroom soup and A1 sauce.
  • Once mixed pour over the top of meatballs & onions.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours stirring half way through
  • Serve alone or on cauliflower rice
