Stir Fry Cups Recipe! 

Ingredients:

  • Low carb tortillas
  • Chicken breast cubed
  • Bell pepper cut in strips
  • Onion chopped
  • Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • Green onion chopped

Instructions on how to prepare stir fry cups:

  • Cut tortillas into quarters and put in greased muffin tin.
  • Set aside.
  • Cook chicken, bell pepper and onion in skillet until chicken is cooked.
  • Spoon chicken mixture into cups.
  • Top with green onion and shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
