Terry’s Keto Krack

Ingredients for Terry’s Keto Krack:

  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans 
  • 1/2 cup swerve granulated
  • 5 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Lily’s chocolate chips 

Instructions for preparing Terry’s Keto Krack:

  1. Melt butter and add in pecans.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
  3. In separate bowl, mix heavy whipping cream, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Add the mix to pecans and return to stove and cook 5-8 minutes.
  5. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet, be sure to spray with cooking oil.
  6. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  7. Put chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt for 45 seconds stirring every 15 seconds.
  8. Spread over cooled pecans and put in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  9. Once it hardens take it out and cut it into squares.
  10. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
