Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3/4 cups swerve granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup blueberries

Instructions:

  • Mix dry ingredients in bowl
  • Add wet ingredients and blend until well combined
  • Stir in blueberries and pour into lined muffin tin
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes
