Magic cookies!!
Ingredients:
- 1-8oz container of zero sugar cool whip
- 1 egg
- 1 box zero sugar or keto cake mix (any flavor)
- Serve powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Add cool whip and egg to mixing bowl and stir until well combined
- Add in cake mix and combine until well mixed
- Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar
- place on parchment lined baking sheet flatten with hand or spatula
- Cook at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
- Allow to cool completely before removing from pan
