Sausage & Broccoli Skillet Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sausage of choice we used pork
- 1 bag fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 1-2 Tbls butter
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 Boursin cheese wheel we used the cracked pepper flavor
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Instructions for preparing sausage and broccoli skillet recipe:
- Melt butter in pan.
- Add in sausage and broccoli.
- Cook until sausage is cooked through.
- Add salt and pepper. Then, add heavy whipping cream and Boursin cheese.
- Cook until melted put lid on skillet and cook until broccoli is tender.
- Top with mozzarella cheese cover and cook until melted.
