Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Recipe!
Ingredients:
Crust –
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3 Tablespoons swerve granulated sweetener
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
Filling-
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 nut butter of choice
- 4 Tbs swerve confectioners sugar
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
Instructions for preparing a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake:
- Mix the crust ingredients in a bowl until well mixed and spoon into mold and press in the mold.
- Mix the cheesecake ingredients until very smooth and spoon into the mold on top of the crust.
- Fill to the top of the mold and smoothen it out.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes and they are ready to eat.
